Studio Class Registration Policy and Application Process

Refunds: |
- Young adults, 16 years and older, are welcome to enroll in most
classes with the permission of the instructor.
|
- Participants must withdraw one week prior to the start of class
to obtain a full refund.
|
- Full tuition is required one week prior to the start of the
class to reserve a space. Materials fees must be paid at time
of tuition unless otherwise noted. Registration is not complete
until full payment has been received.

- Within one week of the start of instruction, a refund will be
granted if the Museum is able to fill the student's place from
a waiting list. If a waiting list is not available, participants
will receive a 50% refund.

- In the case of insufficient enrollment in any course or workshop,
students will be notified within three days of the start date
and will receive full refunds.

- No refunds will be made after instruction begins.
|
- To receive a membership discount for a course, membership must
be current throughout the term of the course being taken. Members
must show their membership card at the time of payment. Membership
dues may be paid at the time of registration.

Occasionally, AAIM takes photographs of course
participants during classes for inclusion in advertising and promotional
materials. Should you have any objections to the use of the photos
of you or your children, please notify the Museum before your course
begins.

the application form, fill it out,
and return it to AAIM with the appropriate payment. The application form is in
