Intermediate to Jewelry Making
TBD in the Fall 2004
$225.00 members, $250.00 non-members; materials fee for silver dependent upon amount used. All tools are supplied for use in class.
Instructor: John Szymak

This class is geared towards those who would like to brush up on various jewelry making skills or for the intermediate jewelry maker. Students will complete numerous projects throughout the eight weeks. Techniques introduced will be soldering, sawing, filing, polishing, stamping, and enameling. Individual creativity and design will be addressed. The creation of hand built tools will also be examined. This class is taught as an apprenticeship!

Make Your Own Wedding Band
TBD in the Fall 2004
$150.00/couple; materials fee for gold dependent upon amount used.
Instructor: John Szymak

Using actual yellow or white gold, design and create your own wedding ring for your very special loved one using different designs, textures, and patterns. A separate materials fee will be charged. The cost will be determined by the thickness of the band and the total weight of the gold based on the current gold market.
